Unless you are living under a rock, you probably have heard about the WannaCry Cyber attack that has already caused a lot of causalities including Britain’s NHS, Fedex, and a Spanish telecom firm, and has claimed over $57000 in ransom (as of Monday afternoon PST). The WannCry Ransomware, aka WannaCrypt, WanaCryptr or Wcrypt discovered on May 12, 2017 and used in a large Cyber-attack, and has since infected more than 230,000 Windows PCs in 150 countries.

As the name suggests, the WannaCry Ransomware holds the infected computer hostage and demands that the victim pay a ransom in order to regain access to the files on his or her computer. Everyone ranging from antivirus companies and cybersecurity experts are working hard to find ways to decrypt files on infected computers, but no luck so far. The only hope is that the affected users have backups of their data available, of each and every single document, their pictures, videos, songs, and anything and everything else that is stored on their PCs, because the only other option right now is to follow the instructions offered in the software to pay the ransom.

For now, the WannaCry Ransomware has affected a user’s offline data, but what if this was to happen to your online presence. What if a malware/ransomware was to attack all your social accounts? What if all your Social Media Posts, Microblogs, Videos, and all Digital Content was at Ransom? Something that we can’t imagine and neither can you. Social Media 2.0 was researched and innovated with the principle of making the world independent of Social Media Platforms from hosting your digital content. A holistic approach to your social media strategy, that not only allows you to take backups, but provides added benefits of content weight, consolidation, search ending optimization and filter & search. So go ahead and buy your peace of mind and protect all you digital content with Social Media 2.0.

Take a backup of your #SocialMedia data with Social Media 2.0 & save yourself from digital attacks! Make sure you don’t #wannacry.

Have you Digital Marketers; ever imagined a scenario where popular Social Media accounts become redundant or even extinct? What about your Social Media Backup? I am not saying that this is happening, but what if this was to happen? What happens to your data that you published on these platforms all these years? Remember Orkut, Hi5, MySpace and your lost content and the beautiful testimonials that you received from your friends? What happens to your Facebook and Instagram Campaigns if this platforms do not remain popular anymore? Is that the end of it all? I was not ready to accept that as my fate or the fate of clients that FT Nexavvy manages. Hence, Social Media 2.0 was born, which is a holistic approach towards Digital Publishing.
Social Media 2.0 helps in consolidating all your digital data on one single location on your website that we call Social Media URL. Along with this, it publishes the Social Media Backup on your website and at the same time adds weight to your Search Engine rankings. It is also important to note that the posts that you published across Social Media Platforms, which were previously not helping you come up on Search Engines, are now downloaded and hosted as individual pages on your own website. Imagine that in the last 5 years or so you have created and published 1,000 Facebook posts, 2,000 Tweets, and over 1,500 Instagram pictures. With Social Media 2.0, you are eventually adding 4,500 new pages to your website. You can filter and search too, something that has always been ambiguous with popular social media platforms.

Social Media 2.0 is exactly the answer to “What’s next” in the Digital Space!

As marketer and Social Media Experts, have we ever thought of Social Media Consolidation as a part of our Digital Strategy? In my 10 years of running a Digital Marketing Agency and working with numerous clients, I have often had this dilemma. One big question that always had me wondering was how great it would be to have a process that helped you keep your well-flourishing Digital Strategy intact, but at the same time, also helped Social Media Consolidation on your website and add weight to your Search Engine rankings? And this was one question that did not have a solution that I could customize for my needs, which lead to the development of Social Media 2.0

Social Media 2.0 is the holistic approach to Digital Content publishing. While we marketers, often have the best strategy for the Social Media accounts of our clients, what we missed was making these Social Media posts go that extra mile. We know Search Engines don’t crawl through Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram posts and even if they do, they don’t have enough strength to rule the first page on search results. As a result, we at FT Nexavvy, came up with a whole new approach to digital publishing, calling it Social Media 2.0. Your Digital Content should be on your own website first, with that principle, we programmed an engine that helps you with Social Media Consolidation from across platforms and curate them at one single location i.e your own website, calling it Social Media URL. Once you setup your Social Media URL, all your future post shall be synchronized automatically from across platforms. Not only that, but now with this consolidation of content, you have the power to allow search engines to crawl through your Social Media URL as well as have your Social Media publications backed up from the date you started your Digital Marketing.

Imagine that in the last 5 years or so you have created and published 1,000 posts, 2,000 tweets, and over 1,500 Instagram pictures, you are eventually adding 4,500 new pages to your website. You can filter and search too, something that has always been ambiguous with popular social media platforms.

Social Media 2.0 is exactly the answer to “What’s next” in the digital space!

FT Nexavvy thinks you’ve missed something really important as a strategy all these years.

While your brand’s Facebook page, Instagram account, and Twitter handle are doing exceptionally well, you missed doing something really important throughout the process. We know search engines don’t crawl through your Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram posts and even if they do, they don’t have enough strength to rule the first page on search results.

FT Nexavvy, an India based Social Media research firm has discovered a whole new approach to digital publishing. Social Media 2.0 as they call it, is a powerful engine that helps you consolidate all your digital content from across platforms and curate them at one single location calling it The Social Media URL (social.yourdomain.com).

What is important to note is that the posts that you published across social media platforms, which were previously not helping you come up on search engine sites are now downloaded and hosted as individual pages to a server that is hosted for your domain name.

You now have the power to allow search engines to crawl through your Social Media URL. You will not only then have your social media publications backed up from the date that you started your Digital Marketing, but you are also publishing it online as a ready reckoner both for your users and search engines
Imagine that in the last 5 years or so you created and published 1,000 posts, 2,000 tweets, and over 1,500 Instagram pictures, you are eventually adding 4,500 new pages to your website. You can filter and search too, something that has always been ambiguous with popular social media platforms.

FT Nexavvy is currently offering this service through its website www.FT_Nexavvy.com/social where it will not only create your Social Media URL, but also publish iOS and Android apps that will host all your social media content across platforms from the time you started your social media journey.

And an even better news is that all of this is done in less than 2 hours.

So why wait? It is time to be independent of all Social Media Platforms to host your content whilst all these should be available on your website first.
Make the most of your hard work that you’ve done all these years.

FT Nexavvy calls it Social Media 2.0

Humans crave variety. With the advent of Social Media, the internet is abuzz with new content daily! Along with the quality of content posted, how it is posted matters the most. The method of content publishing has a direct impact on the engagement it derives and the digital marketer is often juggling between direct content postings vs. link postings.

Link posts help generate trackable traffic on the website making your site more valuable & improving your SEO rankings.. Often information rich brands like Mashable prefer this technique of social media postings. However this restricts their reach & response on the social media sites as people are less likely to open the link & be re-directed to another browser. However, it takes no points in guessing that image-rich content is incredibly shareable & likeable! Photo posts receive an approximate of 80% more clicks than text & link posts. But then this does not drive traffic to your website and does not help with your SEO rankings either.

Also, have you ever imagined a scenario where Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram decided to close business or were not that popular anymore? What about all the data that you published on these websites all these years?

Would it not be great if you had a process that helped you keep your well-flourishing social media strategy intact, but at the same time, also helped you consolidate and back-up all your content on your website and added weight to your search engine rankings? Right?! We thought so too..

We bring to you Social Media 2.0: a holistic approach towards publishing content on digital platform.

Social Media 2.0 helps you consolidate all your social data on one single URL without having to jump from one app to another. What’s even better is that all this content is now searchable and helps you take your social presence to the next level.
